Message As an outside observer I have to take my hat off to Russell from Z1. I myself am a business owner and have to wear many different hats during the day. As much as i love my customers, I can say that at times the level of frustration a business owner faces can be overwhelming. Not only are you ultimatly reponsible for everything that happens, but your reputation rests on the shoulders of the people on the front lines your employees. There is a big difference between a worker and an Owner. Most business owners are risk takers, and most are hell bent on doing things right the first time. But unfortunatly no matter how hard you try sometimes employees just dont share that passion. You cannot make someone understand the inportance of double and triple checking there work, maybe they had a fight with there wife, or are having personal problems etc. Trust me there are times in my business where i ask myseflf why do i work so hard, no one ever notices, no one says thank you, but when someone makes a mistake honest or not, it compromises everything i work for. Bottom line sometimes cusomers are down right impossible to deal with. I have had customers whom i have dealt with directly on the phone, serviced them properly to there satisfaction, Etc. Then they call back two weeks later saying the guy they talked to was rude, ignorant etc. I say to myself i remember that guy i filled that order whats this cutomer talking about. Its a delicate balance and i am not defending anyone, but in my opinon, you should always show some patience and try to get to the person in charge, cause ultimatly if they want to make every customer happy even if the customer is wrong they usuall will do the right thing. So maybe everyone here can just take a step back and realize it's just a car, lets all be happy that we are fortunate enough to have the opportunlty to drive such an amazing vehicle and keep it at that. Oh and one more thing has anyone ever taken there car to a dealer for service, think about the millions of dollars of resources they have, and how little service they offer. sorry for the long post just kinda wanted to give my .02.
